Questions & answers

Answers to what people ask us most before booking.

What happens when I submit an inquiry?+

An inquiry isn't a booking — it's the first step. We follow up with a custom proposal for your review. Once you accept, we send a contract to sign, then request a retainer to secure your date. Your event is booked once the retainer is received.

Why don't you list pricing on the site?+

Every wedding and event is different — florals depend on your guest count, venue, and vision — so we put together an accurate custom proposal after your inquiry rather than posting one-size-fits-all prices.

Do I need to pay in full to book?+

No — a retainer secures your date once your contract is signed. After that, we can set up a custom payment plan with installments leading up to your event, each with its own invoice and receipt.

Can I request changes to my proposal?+

Yes. If your proposal isn't quite right, you can request changes and we'll send a revised version — as many rounds as it takes to get it right before you sign anything.

Do you only do weddings?+

Weddings are our focus, but we also design for engagements, anniversaries, corporate events, and other celebrations. Select "Wedding" or choose your event type when you start an inquiry.

How far in advance should I inquire?+

The earlier the better, especially for peak wedding season — but reach out even if your date is close. We'll let you know what's possible.

I'm already a client — where do I go?+

Head to your client portal to view your proposal, contract, invoices, and payments.
